By accessing this website you agree to these terms and conditions. The www.brunatto.com website and Brunatto shopping cart are provided only for your personal use.

IMPORTANT: Please, if for any reason you have not received the chocolates, contact us at our Toll Free number (in the US) within 24 hours, so that we can do our best solve any problem as soon as possible.

Retail Customer

Any Customer specifically interested in the consumption of Brunatto chocolates and has no intention to resell the product. Personal consumption.

Brunatto's Guarantee

Brunatto Chocolates unconditionally guarantees the quality of its product within the specified dates of elaboration stamped on every box of chocolates.

Freshness

The peak freshness of the chocolate is within 30 days of manufacture. Beyond that date, Brunatto can not guarantee product freshness or complete Customer satisfaction. In the situation that the product does not meet Customer Satisfaction within the 30 day period, please contact us.

Order

In order to maintain the Chocolates' freshness, Andes Natural, The Atelier Brunatto and the carrier DHL organize the shipment in the following manner:

If you order on Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday (until 12AM Eastern Time), the Chocolates will be handcrafted the same day and shipped the following day.

If you place your order after Wednesday, the Chocolates will be shipped the next week (on Tuesday).

Delivery Time

The total delivery time (including handcrafting, shipping and handling) should be 5 to 10 business days within the Continental US States from the date of your order. You should receive your order within 3 to 4 business days after shipping.

Please note that Andes Natural and Brunatto cannot guarantee specific delivery dates and times. We cannot be held accountable for delays in customs clearance.

Delivery Destination

DHL will only deliver to the address you indicated on your order. Please make sure somebody is there to receive the package. If no one is there to receive it, the package will be returned to the DHL local depot.

We cannot be held responsible for damage caused to the chocolate products due to such delays and extra operations.

If for any reason you changed the delivery address, it is your responsibility to contact us and your local DHL office. We cannot be held responsible if this change of address damages the chocolate.

Packaging

We use a special packaging to help ensure freshness upon delivery, even during summer.

Special Locations

We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or APO addresses, Alaska , Hawaii or Overseas Territories of the US .

Online tracking

You may track your gift online (www.dhl.com) at anytime using a special tracking link emailed to your attention upon shipment. You also can call us so we will track it for you.

Delivery costs

Delivery costs are calculated according to the weight and delivery destination and will be quoted during the checkout process. We will always give you the total price of your order (including shipping and handling) when placing an order.

Specific Wholesale Customers Usage Options:

Wholesale Customer: Any Customer specifically interested in the use of or resale of Brunatto Chocolates. Use of: defined as Customers using Brunatto Chocolates for promotional use (i.e.: favors, corporate gifts, complimentary tastings, etc.)

The following options are provided to all wholesale Customers purchasing Brunatto Chocolates on a regular use basis. It is the responsibility of the Customer to contact Brunatto Representatives in regards to its intentions of using any of the following options. Each Customer request will be handled directly and on a case-by-case basis and approved or rejected on current, past history and future business potential.

A Wholesale Customer may request the return of an unused and unopened ¨Full¨ box(s) of chocolates to Brunatto before the expiration date printed on each box. The request must be submitted to Brunatto representatives with specified reason for request. Brunatto representatives will review each request and business history before either accepting or rejecting the return. In cases where the return is accepted, the Customer will be required to ship the product to the address listed below, and once the return has been confirmed, receive full box credit(s) on their next order.

Wholesale Customers, at their own discretion, after 15 days, choose to give the remainder (full boxes only) as free samples. For example: Planned chocolate tasting event, etc. It is the responsibility of the Customer to contact Brunatto representatives with their intention, and based on business activity, history, etc, will receive approval or non-approval. Based on an approval from Brunatto, the Customer will receive a 40% credit (full box amounts) for the quantity given away as free samples. The credit will be applied to the Customer's next order of Brunatto chocolates.

Internet or Catalog Based Sales: Specifically directed to wholesale Customers selling Brunatto chocolates through independent internet sites or catalogs. Brunatto can provide direct shipping of product to the purchasing Customer, wholesale Customer or third party. All purchasing agreements, shipping arrangements, policies and methods shall be determined and agreed upon prior to commencement of business activities.
