We only use the finest Belgian chocolate coverture with at least 65% cacao solids, then we gently heat the chocolate and slowly “temper” it, by carefully rotating and allowing the chocolate to remix as it cools.
And we we blend the freshest pure chocolate, rich cream, butter, fresh fruit purees, herbs, spices or liquors, creating handcrafted “ganache” unlike anything else you have ever tasted.
