Your web host might also offer tools, albeit limited, to help you create your website.

5. Publish and market your site. Ask your web host or FTP clients about the terms in publishing your website. Some of them provide you with the tools you need to put your site up on the main server and get it ready to accept page visits. Once your website is up and running, start marketing the URL through link building, search engine optimization, and paid advertising.
