Can I place orders during the summer season?
Yes. During the summer season, we use a special packaging to help ensure freshness upon delivery. Please call us for a special arrangement during the summer time.
Do you ship to all destinations in the world?
We deliver only within the Continental US States and to major cities in Canada & Europe. Sorry, not to Alaska , Hawaii or Overseas Territories of the US & not to P.O. Boxes.
When will you ship my order?
In order to maintain the Chocolate´s freshness, The Atelier and DHL organize the shipment in the following way:
If you order on Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday (until 12AM Eastern Time), the Chocolates will be handcrafted the same day and shipped the following day. If you place your order after Wednesday, the Chocolates will be shipped the next week (on Tuesday).
When will my order be delivered?
Within 3 to 4 days after shipping.
Which shipping carries do you work with?
We usually use DHL International. DHL provides on-line tracking information about the status of your order. We wil email to you the tracking information when your order is shipped.
Do you resell my personal information?
We guarantee to never sell, rent or transmit your personal information to any third party. Please review our Privacy Guarantee for more information.
Do you provide volume discounts?
If you are eligible for volume discounts, you will have the possibility to open a Corporate Account.
